Physiologically, this thing needs to straighten you out while not encumbering your travels through the mundane. It meets its purpose on that. Add to that the slim profile, the velcro alternative “sticky band”, and the price?!?!?! Yeah. Start here. Worst case Ontario; you use it as a benchmark against the next one you buy. 3 out of 5 stars, wouldn’t changed a thing.

I have been having some upper back/shoulder/neck problem, and I think it may be related to prolonged bad posture for working in front of a computer all the time.I bought this to help correct my posture, so that even when I’m not aware of it, I’m sitting with a better posture now.I bought this one since it is a bit less bulky compare with some other products, it’s pretty comfortable, but it would still show if someone try to wear it under a tee shirt.Overall for the price, it is a good purchase for me.

It was purchased for my husband who usually seat there working on the computer for hours. He has asked to get one for him for a while. He often complain about the back pain. I never thought it could help. It is simple and lightweight. It is really easy to use. It surprised me that this simple little thing help reduce pain. My husband said that he feel much better when he is wearing this while he is in front of computers.

I love this shoulder brace! I’ve been thinking about getting one of these for a while. So glad I did. This product is supportive of my shoulders while being very comfortable too. I just got it around lunchtime and have been wearing it happily all day.The reason I bought this product is because I’m very aware of good posture and I want to make sure I don’t hunch over even a little. I’m old enough to see people hunch over for so long their bones stick that way (subluxation?). Because I have to use a cane briefly to steady myself before I can take care of a knee issue, this shoulder brace is wonderful.I haven’t worn this under my clothes yet. This is something I plan to wear over at least one layer and maybe wear a jacket over it. It is easy to put on, you follow the instructions to wrap the straps back around to the front wear they attach by a Velcro like substance to the shoulder strap. It is completely adjustable. I do not have a photo yet because I’m wearing a black top and you wouldn’t be able to see it. :)I recommend this product for its comfort, support and ease of use. And the price point is awesome too!

I have pain in my right shoulder that is almost constant. My chiropractor told me to get a shoulder brace, which I did. The brace did not relieve the pain I felt in my shoulder, plus it was large and cumbersome, and I couldn’t move much of my upper body. I ended up returning the shoulder brace. Then, I came across this item. I have worn this everyday for a while now, and I have to say, this is the answer I’ve been looking for! Since my shoulders are now naturally aligned correctly, the pain is lessened considerably. The pain will be my friend until my shoulder heals, but with my shoulders in the right spot, they will heal correctly. I showed my chiropractor, and she is thrilled I found this, and she’s going to start telling other clients about it.Now, in the picture, the brace stops at the mid-upper back. However, my shoulders are so broad, that it comes up to my neck. Because of my size, I had to adjust the straps, and the lower part goes right through my armpits. This is why I gave it 4 stars for Comfort, but 5 stars overall.So glad I bought this.

My son often play games, play games posture is very bad, so I’m looking for to be able to correct posture, just I met this product, I bought it at a stretch, when he tried to pose orthotics, he has some discomfort, for he bent back some serious, but, when he spent a few days later, his posture, and have obvious changes, is a good change, I will let him keep at orthotics, until returned to normal, there is a function, can alleviate back, shoulder, neck pain! I would recommend it to my other friends, to those who need correction.

I have never used one of these, but I have a bum shoulder that flares up for no reason and once at start turning it doesn’t stop until I wake up the next morning. I decided to try this mid day after the shoulder was already hurting and I’m not surprised that it did not take away my pain. I have never found anything to relieve the pain once it starts. I do think but wearing this starting early in the morning prevented the pain from starting on that day. As I’ve never used one before I’m not sure how they’re supposed to fit but I think this may be a little bit too small for me as I was not able to tolerate it for an entire day. All in all I do think it’s a good product and it does the job it’s intended to do. I think the issue would sizing and the pain and my shoulder not going away is not reflective of the product quality. I felt like it was making me sit in the proper position at my desk and not allowing me to slouch.

I can’t beliieve I can finally stand up straight! My shoulders finally go back, without pain. I bought this a little over two weeks ago, but i noticed the effects the first time I put it on. The first time I put it on I noticed a few things: It pulls your shoulders back and your chest forward, making it easier to breathe (as described), You feel a warm feeling in the shoulder straps, whether on bare skin or over a light shirt. And, you do really feel a little better about yourself (also mentioned in the description). I can’t say how long it really takes to fix you, because I’ve been wanting this for so long that I’ve worn it since I bought it to makes sure this really sticks. I’ve been waiting for so long. It’s comfortable and it does the job. To finally wrap this up, I write few reviews, unless it’s worth it, but I really like and believe in this probuct, hope you”ll give it a try and get what I”ve gotten out of it. Does what it’s supposed to do. Only thing I would say, is it’s very shoulder based. Meaning you can still “slouch” while wearing it by bending at lower or mid back. Got these for my girlfriend & I, and she ended up having muscle soreness the next couple days after wearing it as she paints. She normally would hunch over while painting. The soreness is a good thing by the way. It means the supporter caused her to use correct muscles for her movement that she wasn’t using before. Would recommend.
